Had an iron, a work desk, and a TV set in my single room. The staff was very attentive and excellent, always on hand when needed. The location was exceptionally nice and convenient, close to a subway station, if you need it. It was a safe area, an incredible base for me.

The hotel offers a huge variety of food that was fantastic. The staff are excellent and the room is extremely spacious and perfect in really good condition. It has favourable, excellent setting, near to the airport and Termini train station. Il Tempio di Iside, where you can eat, is just a short walk away from from here.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe and secure with the multiple locks on the gate. The owner, Diego, was exceptional, always available and ready to help. He even provided airport dropoff/pickup at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Colosshouse Guest House for a wonderful stay in Rome.

I got really good value for my money at this guest house. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was great, with everything within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Diego who gave me valuable advice.

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The owner, Diego, was an exceptional host. He was always available and made sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were great. I also felt very safe with the multiple locks and the gated complex. The location was perfect, really close to Roma Termini and the metro line. It was super convenient to get around the city.

The room was very clean and in good condition, which was a pleasant surprise. the location was also convenient, with the metro station just a few minutes away. It made exploring the city much easier. having air conditioning in the room was a great advantage, especially considering the hot weather in Italy.

The lack of communication with the owner, as they couldn't speak English. This caused some inconveniences, but we managed to sort things out through texting on WhatsApp.
